Refund policy

Every Broken Record Society shirt is printed just for you after you order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or a change of heart, so please check our size chart before you buy.
If Something's Wrong, We'll Make It Right
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us at sales@brokenrecordsociety.com within 30 daysnof delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
Shipping Issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work it out with you.
Small Variations
Since each shirt is printed individually, slight differences in print placement or color are normal and aren't considered defects.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
